At The Storry Band, every piece is made with care—handcrafted by local artisans in India. This means that each item is unique, and variations in wood grain or knots aren’t flaws but beautiful marks of its natural texture.

Likewise, our other products may differ slightly from what appears on the website—this isn’t a mistake, but the very charm we celebrate. These variations also help teach children about nature and its individuality.

Should any of our products encounter damage (broken/ spoilt) during their journey to you, we commit to promptly replacing them for you. To facilitate this process, we kindly request you to share an unboxing video with us only then can we replace it. 

Request you to drop a simple email at shabadjit@gmail.com along with a photo and an unboxing video of the affected item. Once approved we shall accommodate to dispatch a brand new one to you.

As we prioritize the well-being and hygiene of our young customers, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges of any purchased product.

We firmly stand against coerced returns and, as such, they are non-refundable. Your satisfaction and the happiness of your little ones are our top priorities!
